Maxi Dress, H&M. Shirt, husbands! Flip Flops, Franklin & Marshall. Necklace, Tiffany & Co. Watch, Michael Kors.

Was feeling super casual today and am seriously running out of things to wear! The weather has thrown me off too because all my pregnancy clothes are geared towards colder weather.

Chicco Next To Me Bedside Crib

I've finally tracked one down!!!!

I've been looking for this bedside crib everywhere for the past 3 weeks. Nearly all the other ones I looked at (NCT Bednest, Troll, Snuzpod, Babybay) were out of our budget or just not quite suitable when we saw them in real life.

The Chicco Next To Me bedside crib is £149.99 which is really reasonable compared to the others and has loads of fab reviews. It's easily transportable and can be used as a stand alone cot too. Watch the YouTube video on it's features:

I think it only came out at the end of last year and pretty much sold out everywhere in the UK. Chicco admitted on their Facebook page that they had seen overwhelming demand and that they were working to get stores back in stock as soon as possible.

It looked like most retailers were looking at June before they got more stock in with a few saying the end of April/May. I think Mamas and Papas was saying the 8th of May. I'm due on the 24th of April and was really keen to get one before then for peace of mind.

My husband called the Mothercare in Southampton and managed to get the manager to source one from a store on the other side of the country but as he did that, and waited 2 days for the manager to get back to him, I found one on Kent independent baby retailer Baby Lady's website. I had to scroll through about 6 pages of google search results to find this retailer but I'm so glad I did.

I've received great customer service from them too and now have this bad boy waiting to be set up properly in our room once baby makes an appearance!

So happy!

You know when you've just got your heart set on something and nothing else will live up to it...

I will do a proper review on it once we start using it with baby!

Ps. Mothercare sent me an email to say they had it back on stock online but when I went to check to put the link on this post, they'd sold out again, wow!

Pregnancy OOTD 12th April

Top, Forever 21. Leggings, Blossom Mother & Child. Cardigan, H&M. Studded Pumps, Topshop. Necklace, Tiffany & Co. Earrings, Forever 21.

Feeling summery again today but have a severe lack of spring/summer things that I can wear at this stage of pregnancy!! I love the detail on the neckline of this top. Can't believe it was only around £10, bargains!

3rd Trimester Essentials

My third trimester essentials!

Top Left round clockwise

I don't know what I'd do without this ball at the moment. I originally got it to try and move baby round (back to back at the moment) but now it's the only thing I can sit on comfortably. It's also a good, easy way to get a bit of core muscle exercising in!

- Fanta
Huge craving at the moment!

Still working on the whole no stretch marks thing and this seems to be working.

The little sleep I do manage to get at the moment is thanks to this pillow. It supports in all the right places.

I've only got 2 pairs of leggings left that are comfortable enough to be wearing at this stage in pregnancy and these are my faves. Practically living in them.

Randomly my skin has started breaking out and this treatment gel is the only thing that will calm it down

- Water
So thirsty all the time!!

- Long Black Vests, Mainly H&M
Complete wardrobe stable at the moment. Wear them to layer with floaty tops, wear them under jumpers, wear them to lounge in, wear them to sleep in...must have about 10 of them in my drawer haha.

- Laptop
Now I'm on maternity leave and have moved to a new area where I don't really know anyone, it's become my lifeline to friends and family and gives me things to do - like my blog!

Packing Hospital Bag for Labour!!

Whats in my bag (well roll-along small suitcase!)

- Asda Little Angels disposable maternity briefs £1.34
- All my essential make up and toiletries and a few pampery bits for that first shower afterwards!
- My Dreamgenii pillow - in case we're there for a couple nights or need to be induced
- hot water bottle, heat helps with my Braxton Hicks so hoping it will also help with the real contractions!

- Boots Water Face Spray, £4.50 (ish)

- Comfy Lounge/Pyjama Trousers, Primark £6
- White Cotton Gown, Primark £8
- Flip Flops, Primark £2

- Top left - Nightie for giving birth, Primark
 - Bottom Left - Ted Baker low nightie top (for breastfeeding), Sample Sale at work
- Top Right - Nursing Vest, H&M pack of 2 £14.99

Going home outfit
- Cardigan, Forever 21 £11.50

Also bringing
- Maternity notes
- iPad
- iPhone
- Phone charger
- Purse with change
- Kindle
- Magazines
- Snacks

I may have packed far too much, but I learnt my lesson after being admitted for 4 days at 28 weeks pregnant and being really bored and making the husband bring me more and more stuff every time he visited!

Whats in Baby's bag

This isn't a full picture of what I've packed for my baby's hospital because we're keeping the gender a secret (as my family would like it to be a surprise) so I will update with going home outfits etc once baby arrives!

- Nappy bags
- Cotton pads
- Tomee tippee bottle (just in case)
- x3 short sleeve bodysuits (not all pictured)
- x2 long sleeved bodysuits (not all pictured)
- x2 sleepsuits (not all pictured)
- x3 vest bodysuits (not pictured)
- x2 bibs
- Going home outfit
- x2 muslin clothes
- x2 scratch mitts

I got my bodysuits, sleepsuits and scratch mitts etc from Kiddicare and Asda. These were the most reasonably priced, nicely styled and best quality (for the price) ones I could find.

Again, I've probably packed far too much but I'd rather be over prepared than under prepared and it all still fits in one bag!

How did you find packing your hospital bags? Was it a bit overwhelming or just exciting?
